Our Instant Coffee offers a smooth, familiar coffee flavor and easy preparation. Add the desired amount to hot water, stir thoroughly, and adjust the amount to match your preferred coffee strength.
Instant Espresso

Choose Instant Espresso when you prefer a richer, bolder coffee flavor. Prepare it with hot water for a straightforward cup, or use it as the starting point for your favorite coffee drink.

Available Sizes

2 oz – A convenient package for trying our coffee, keeping at work, or taking with you while traveling.
4 oz – A larger package for customers who want to keep their favorite blend readily available at home.

Five-Mushroom Blend

Each variety includes our five-mushroom blend featuring Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Turkey Tail mushrooms. Boise Mushroom Company combines the mushroom ingredients with instant coffee or instant espresso to create an easy-to-prepare packaged product.
Because preparation requires only hot water and a quick stir, mushroom coffee is easy to add to your regular coffee routine. There is no coffee maker, grinder, filter, or other brewing equipment required.

Easy to Prepare

Add the desired amount to hot water and stir thoroughly. Then, adjust the amount according to your preferred coffee strength. You can also use either variety as the base for your own coffee creations.
Choose your preferred Instant Coffee or Instant Espresso and select either the 2 oz or 4 oz package above. Both varieties are made and packaged by Boise Mushroom Company in Boise, Idaho.
